Work has started on the latest stage of residential land development at Millbrook Resort, near Queenstown. Over the last decade, Signal has led the design, consenting and construction of 200 new residential home sites in New Zealand's premier golf resort. The latest stage, called 'Stage 3D', but actually the fifth consecutive stage of development, will create 22 further spectactular new home sites overlooking the 5th and 6th fairways of the 'Coronet 9'.
Earthworks for Stage 3D is well underway. Some of the 3,500 tonnes of stone required for retaining walls has already been brought into the resort over the last few months.
Stage 3D will be completed in 2018. Signal's project manager for Millbrook is company director Stuart Anderson.
