Signal has been leading a major staged redevelopment at St Mark's School following damage caused by the Christchurch earthquakes.
The first stage of work saw the completion of a new senior school teaching block. This has been followed by the recent completion of the school's redeveloped and extended assembly and sports hall.
The hall has been extensively strengthened with new foundations, a new floor slab and substantial extra structure. A new stage house, music suite and toilets have also been added.
Construction work on the third stage of development, the strengthening and modernisation of the junior school, is now underway.
