Project Planning

With our Project Planning service we develop the project from the initial idea or need to a stage where the time, cost, performance and approval parameters of the project are clearly defined.

This service typically concludes with a detailed concept design and budget report and the procurement of the Resource Consent (if required) to enable the project to proceed into construction.
