As project manager for the Fiordland Community Events Centre Trust, Signal Management Group was responsible for the planning, design and construction of Te Anau's $2.5M Community and Events Centre.

The completed building incorporates the following features:

• A sports stadium - sized for regional netball, basketball, volleyball (3 courts) and badminton (4 courts with provision for court side seating)
• Refurbished hall foyer, toilets and lounge area
• A wind lobby, office and entrance foyer with adjacent toilets
• A mezzanine level with a multipurpose meeting room; kitchen and toilet facilities and seating overlooking the stadium
• A large sports storage area and two new change rooms with showers and toilets
• Extended and redeveloped hall stage area with potential for storage below
• Redeveloped kitchen to enable catering for large numbers of people
• Extensively redesigned car parking layout
