As project manager for the Fiordland Community Events Centre Trust, Signal Management Group was responsible for the planning, design and construction of Te Anau's $2.5M Community and Events Centre.

The completed building incorporates the following features:

A sports stadium - sized for regional netball, basketball, volleyball (3 courts) and badminton (4 courts with provision for court side seating)
Refurbished hall foyer, toilets and lounge area
A wind lobby, office and entrance foyer with adjacent toilets
A mezzanine level with a multipurpose meeting room; kitchen and toilet facilities and seating overlooking the stadium
A large sports storage area and two new change rooms with showers and toilets
Extended and redeveloped hall stage area with potential for storage below
Redeveloped kitchen to enable catering for large numbers of people
Extensively redesigned car parking layout
