Butel Park is a community of 42 residential sites located on the
outskirts of historic Arrowtown.
Set in 29 hectares of rural land, it features extensive planting
of exotic and native trees. A community recreation centre
comprising a tennis court, gymnasium and indoor lap pool has been
provided to ensure the resident's full enjoyment of the
lifestyle offered within the Park.
Signal was engaged by developer Meadow 1 Ltd to manage the
design and construction of the community facilities in addition to
managing the design and construction of the main subdivision
works.
