Signal was engaged by Logan Park High School to carry out a condition assessment of the school's buildings, infrastructure and grounds, and to subsequently prepare, based on information gathered from the assessment, the school's 10 Year Property Plan for future development.
Projects completed to date include upgrading a food technology room, art department, fabrics room, special needs facilities and entrance canopy. These upgrades have been completed in line with the Ministry of Education's "modern learning environment" policy guidelines.
The next phase of redevelopment will be to upgrade the gymnasium, sports turf and associated ablution block.
Replacement of the school's boiler system will be completed within the next phase.
