Project Planner

You may be an experienced property manager, project manager, resource management specialist, engineer, architect, business manager or 'strategic thinker'. Ideally you will have experience and understanding of commercial/industrial property, the construction industry and/or property development

You would be responsible for leading our team to manage the briefing, strategic planning, feasibility, business case analysis, funding and concept design for new capital expenditure projects.

Based in our Dunedin office, you would be responsible for managing projects throughout southern New Zealand.

Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager at ease communicating with CEOs, managing design consultants and directing contractors? Do you build and maintain strong relationships?

You would be responsible for leading all facets of projects under your management including:

• Development of the client's project brief 
• Design management of consultants through concept and detailed design
• Preparation of contract documentation and individual trade-by-trade tendering to contractors and suppliers
• Cost control and financial management of the project
• Design and construction programming
• Client liaison and reporting

Ideally you will have experience across a range of building sectors which may include commercial, education, industrial, recreational, processing and retail. Strong technology skills would be beneficial including experience with computer systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Microsoft project.

We offer either the flexibility of a contract position or salary. The remuneration package will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Construction Managers

Are you an experienced Foreman or Site Manager responsible for on-site management of construction projects including resolving design issues, co-ordination and management of contractors?

Experience in the follow aspects, although not essential, would be beneficial:

• Tendering subtrades
• Cost control and spreadsheets
• Variation assessment
• Programming of construction
• Site safety
• Client liaison
